Cooper Tire teamed up with professional race driver Arie Luyendyk Jr. to share tire safety information during National Tire Safety Week. As part of the campaign hosted by Luyendyk, a brief tutorial is provided on how to check your tires before leaving on your road trips this season.

Arie Luyendyk Jr.
Arie Luyendyk Jr. is the son of two-time Indianapolis 500 winner and Indy speed record holder Arie Luyendyk. The Dutch-born driver holds one Indianapolis 500 start to his credit. Luyendyk competed in four full seasons of Indy Lights, where he finished 2nd, 3rd and 4th in the Championship on the strength of 1 win, 4 pole positions and 13 podium finishes. The open-wheel standout was named "Most Popular Driver" for four consecutive years. Luyendyk also competed in sport car racing, driving a Daytona Prototype in the 24 Hours of Daytona and competing in the GT2 class in the 12 Hours of Sebring. In 2013, Luyendyk made the switch to off-road racing in the inaugural season of Stadium Super Trucks, where he secured a heat win at the Los Angeles Coliseum. He furthered his off-road career in joining Team Aero Motorsports, closing the 2013 season with 4th- and 6th-place finishes in TORC: The Off-Road Championship. Luyendyk currently owns and operates his own team in the TORC Series, driving in the PRO 2 class, with a best finish of 3rd in his first full year of off-road racing.
