How do I qualify for a Cooper Tire reward?

Purchase a set of four (4) new qualifying Cooper Tires (in a single transaction) during the promotion period. You can apply for your reward online or via mail.

Properly submitted and verified claims in the 50 United States, District of Columbia and Puerto Rico will receive the reward in U.S. dollars in the form of either a (i) Cooper Tires Visa® Prepaid Card to be mailed to the address provided on this official form or (ii) Cooper Tires Prepaid Mastercard® Virtual Account to be emailed to the email address provided on this official form, as selected on the official form. If no selection is indicated, a Cooper Tire Visa® Prepaid Card will be issued. To be eligible, all reward requests must be postmarked or submitted online no later than the Postmark by Date on the rebate form. LATE SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

 

How do I submit a claim for my Cooper tire purchase?

You can apply for your reward online or via mail.

− Online at us.coopertire.com/promotions. Click on ‘Claim Your Reward’ and follow the directions to enter your name and address and upload your receipt.

− By mail by completing the mail-in form. Please choose the right form while downloading: Click here for a printable version of the Regular reward form.

NOTE: Please include the original dated sales receipt which must show the qualifying Cooper Tires, purchase price and tire size.

The qualifying Cooper tires and reward amounts for this event are:

$100 reward is available for the purchase of the following qualifying tire: Cooper Zeon RS3-G1 tire.

$70 reward is available for the purchase of the following qualifying tires: Cooper CS5 Tournig, Cooper Discoverer SRX, Cooper Discoverer A/T3, Cooper Discoverer AT3 4S, Cooper Discoverer AT3 LT, Cooper Discoverer AT3 XLT,Cooper Discoverer ATP*, and Cooper Discoverer RTX* tires.

$60 reward is available for the purchase of the following qualifying tires: Cooper Adventurer A/T*, Cooper Adventurer H/T* and Cooper Adventurer Tour* tires.

$50 reward is available for the purchase of the following qualifying tires: Cooper Zeon RS3-S, Cooper Discoverer HT3, Cooper Discoverer HTP, Cooper Discoverer STT Pro, Cooper Evolution H/T, Cooper Evolution Tour and GLS Touring* tires.

I looked up my status online and it says "your reward could not be processed.” What does this mean?

This message means the request could not be processed because there are irregularities with your submission. The original paperwork will be mailed to you with a letter of explanation from the fulfillment center. If the request was denied for a reason that can be corrected, you have the opportunity to resubmit corrected documents and still receive a reward. Please make note of program deadlines when resubmitting. How do I use the Cooper Tire Visa® prepaid card?

Visa Prepaid Card is issued by MetaBank®, Member FDIC, pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc. The prepaid card is activated by calling the toll-free phone number provided on the card and card mailer. It can then be used everywhere Visa® debit cards are accepted. Carefully read all information provided on the mailer regarding activation and use of the card.

 

Does my reward card expire?

Yes, your reward card will expire 6 months from the month of issuance. Lost, unused, or unused balances on cards will not be replaced after the expiration date.

 

I sent in the reward form, and after 6 – 8 weeks I still have not received my card. What do I do?
